Africa is currently the second biggest market for mobile in the world. Most people in Africa use their mobile phone to access the web, do business, and even transfer money.
I would like to investigate key factors to mobile ICT use within developing countries using data collected directly from individual consumers, and more specifically look at factors influencing end users’ acceptance of mobile technology. For my thesis I will focus on mobile apps in Kenya. I am part of the Media Distribution group at the MIH Media Lab.
